There's lots going on this month with updates from most areas of the group. With updates regarding our AGM, Wood Fuel session dates, Charnwood Charcoal Project, to name but a few.

We have two organised session at Heartwood HQ where we are running craft/skills sessions and there's always the opportunity to run one or both charcoal retorts, check the Heartwood HQ section in the members area of the website.
What's going on?
There's plenty going on even though the felling season has finished. The Nether Hall Wood team have welcomed several members from the Hartshorne Scout Group. A bat detector was installed, squirrel survey was carried out, and being involved with a national project run by Stirling University.
